Starting This month we are doing a monthly lottery. Each month we will pick a random item that is popular and give it away to the winner, at the end of each month..

-Cap every week. (person with the most caps wins, a tie will result in a name drawing between the winners).
-For your vote to count each week you MUST post that you capped on the forums!

This months drawing will be this week (week of the 13th), and next week(week of the 20th), and resume to every 4 weeks after that
